In need of a Free .flac to .mp3 converter

I have some .flac files I want to get onto my iPod touch, and iTunes doesn't seem too keen on them, the POS that iTunes is.

Anyone know of a good free converter, as the few I have found have crappy bitrates (under 128kb) and such, and simply aren't worth the trouble...

Any help is appreciated.

I tried that early; they limit to 64kb/s unless you pay, and that is simply unacceptable.

I forgot about LAME for converting and looking into that right now since it can integrate into Foobar.

Omni's, I'll also take a look into that.

EDIT: Success with Lame... its fully integrated into Foobar, so now all I have to do is right click on something on a playlist and tell it to be converted.
