Incredible new story: Murder or Suicide?

I was gonna post this in the funny news stories section but its not really funny. It's unbelievable.

It's unbelievable because it's fake.

It was told as an example of a difficult case for coroners at the dinner in question (only seven years previously) by the named Dr. Don Harper Mills, but it was made up. It has, for some reason, become real enough to be reported as real several times since.
