Initial D DLC?

I think it would be cool if they had a DLC pack of all the Initial D tracks and cars. And by this, I mean that the cars are exactly as they were in the series with the decals and everything. I know that there is the thread for things I want to see in GT6, but I'd like to have a poll up for this. What do you guys think?

It would make it easier for the fans to just outright get the cars instead of spending hours and hours searching for them in the used car dealer. Also, the 86 should've been a premium car. Just sayin.

Yeah. I can't drive the AE86 in cockpit view since everything is all black. It doesn't feel right. I drive the GT86 though.

At least we got the R32, FD, FC, R34, and more that are premium, but I just don't know why the Trueno wasn't premium.

Very true. We did get those cars, but it still didn't feel right. If this comes true, all the cars better be premium. That way we can see what the drivers in Initial D see when they are running.

From I can recall, almost all the card were completely stock looking minus the 86 and yellow FD. I think the cappuccino as well but it's been a while since I seen it. Most cars can be made in game, but the only one I wouldn't mind is the FD.

Yup, and in the show they all looked stock aesthetically. So a DLC wouldn't be needed. You should just hope that they are made to premiums in gt6 so that way you won't have to pay for it

People bring this up every now and then and you need to realise that Initial D just isn't that popular amongst the overall car enthusiast and so creating DLC from it isn't going to have mass appeal.

Being in most of the Touge leagues/Clubs on this forum, I don't want there to be Initial D DLC. It i a waste of time to cater to a niche group. You can recreate almost every car. I doubt GT6 will have standards, so your problems are pretty much solved. If you want, you can look into the LotS page for further Touge info in GT5. As long as we get custom tracks and the Nurburgring, Touge will live on GT.

I have my doubts of an Initial D DLC. You can almost recreate all the cars from the anime in GT5 anyway. More tuning options, an option to create insignias for teams and all premiums in GT6 will make it even easier to do replicas from Initial D.
