As the title says, these are newspaper scans of Jay and the film crew in Japan. Jay is obviously dressed in his Takumi gas station attendant outfit.

i heard about this movie about 4 months ago. i wanna see. well im not too into initial D to much any more but ill still watch it.

well he doesnt sing in the ainme at all but they might throw that in because the actor is a singer.

It is old news, but now there is pictures. It is not done in China, although it is chinese words on the newspaper.

He's a talented musician, but do we really want to see him acting in a movie based on a cartoon about drifting? As proven by the majority of HK 'artists' if you're an actor, stick to acting and if you're a singer, stick to singing...please!

Real InD? I don't think it would turn out that well because they have to trim the storyline a lot..... Possibly a original story line perhaps? I don't think I can trust any movie that comes from a TV series.... Not to mention a cartoon... Eh, whatever... I just hope the racing segments are cool... cause that the important part...

I bet the battles will be in CG I mean only when things get really dangerous. keiichi cant act but he could give advice on drifting. he did help with 1st,2nd and 3rd stage i believe.

If you think Keiichi can't act you haven't seen some of his car movie which is awesome. But its only avaliable in Japan. Its all about racing/drifting.

YESASIA.COM, thats where i get all the Shuto Kousoku Episode, the best one is the 5th and 6th Movie. All 1 to 6 for 38 bucks VCD and 60 ot 70 bucks for DVD.

hey guys, my friend just sent me a clip from some chinese tv show showing a featurette of the Making of Initial-D the Live action movie. Its about 3 minutes long and if anyone has an ftp that I could upload it to, I'd love to share it with you guys. And maybe someone chinese could translate what they are saying...

The featurette shows clips of the r32, fc, and hachirocku drifting as well as all the main characters.
