If you're meant to do it, then the web site that you're finding the videos at will have a means for you to do it.
Generally speaking though, this sort of activity is a copyright violation, and therefore illegal. This means that (a) the site will not make it easy for you to do it, and (b) discussing it is in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
