This game look's very good and the latest trailer seems interesting, it seems like a very story driven FPS.

Yeah it was called Project IM at first.

Obviously early code but will easily improve. I hope it's not too similar to the Quake/Doom/Halo/-esque (delete where applicable) games that are around. Can't be too easy to make them original theses days.

I wonder if the name will change? Reminds me of 'Starship Troopers'. In fact did no one ever make a game on that film franchise? Perhaps someone should.

Yes there was a Starship troopers game or two.
the first was in 2000.

While I won't challange the quality of the final game, understand that this is all pre-rendered footage using their "expected" game assets.

They have models and level design built (to an extent) however, they have not even implemented any of it into an engine, which is expected to be the Unreal 3.0 Engine.
