Yeah. Quite easily, since there's no level restriction like GT5.

I'd focus on doing the beginner stuff, then go to special conditions, then manufacturers for some credits/level up for enduros. Then it should be all easy from there.

I'm being honest here, you just cannot succeed without buying a used cars. There's this race in the Japanese Hall which you really need to browse through the used car to get that specific year, 1980s if I'm not mistaken. Unless if you have this prize car which I forgot the name, Skyline something from the 80s...

Even if you made the 100k cr. transaction, there are races in the Beginner Hall like FF, FR etc which requires you to buy a new car, and I believe with 100k, it won't be enough.

Such an odd goal for such a long game, but it most certainly is possible. There is the 100k transfer, and plenty of useless prize cars to sell, rewarded from special condition events and missions, which should give you plenty of cash to work with.

Then again it is possible to reach 100% without even racing, just grab a gameshark, action replay, or codebreaker and select gold for all races, events, missions, and licenses. Kinda pointless doing so but the possibility is there.

It's because I'm OCD. There's no engine rebuild in this game and a chassis refresh is out of reach until some distance in, therefore, used cars = evil, at least in my mind.

Although, you could probably get rid of your used car quickly by getting a used STi and running it in Star of Pliewhatever, since that requres no license and awards like $75,000 plus whatever you win from individual races.

Do we talk about GT 4 or GT 5 here?
If we talk about GT 5 this Thread is in the wrong place (there´s no OCD in GT 4).
If we talk about GT 4 , you can´t do 100% without buying a used car.
The used car is a "Daihatsu Midget II D-Type" for the Midget II One-Make ;)

OCD = Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Right, I stand corrected, I wasn't even thinking of the one-make races, so short of cheat devices it is impossible. (nice memory -raVer-)

Like RaVer said Daihatsu Midget II.

It is possible to play the game and only get licences when you have to.
A great way to start this is to get an Isuzu Piazza (I think this is what it is - Second Hand though). Run it in the Sunday Cup to get some money and sell the Prize Car. Then upgrade the Isuzu a little then go do the 1000 Miles championship.
Then complete all other events that require no licence, as there are a few.
I am pretty sure I have seen some-one around these parts trying just this once before.
