Is someone please able to edit a vid for me?

I have just found a video of our car club when we were on a TV show a number of years back, but before i put it online i was wanting the number plates blurred/blacked out for car security reasons (Skylines are one of the most stolen and stripped/burned out cars in New Zealand).

I can't really offer much more than a thanks, but does anyone have the capability to do such edits?

Video is 2:08 long and has about 35-45 seconds worth of numberplate footage?

Would be insanely awesome if someone could do this for us!

I'm not sure how easy this is to do - I've used Adobe premiere before for editing wedding videos and such, but I don't recall this kind of thing being easy, I could be wrong.

Edit: I just had a quick stab at doing this on a video using Premiere, and it can do, but I'll be rolled in jelly and painted blue if I can get it to work!

^It's kind of easy but lot of work. Use a few effects together (mosaic, blur + crop) or layer a black video above it...
