Is the camaro worth it?

hey i'm getting up to where i'm gonna buy a new car just wondering what you all think i should put my money to.  i'm like 8 percent complete on the game.  so keep that in mind.  

i hear that the camaro is good for the money but i don't know in gt2 they pretty much sucked.  soo help

I just won a Camaro in the Stars and Stripes and so far it seems pretty good, major horses. But I'm a newbie, but it really hauls ass.

If you can win the stars and stripes with another car though you'll have a Camaro anyways.  I won it with an American Type R integra.

With like 20K in engine upgrades nobody can touch my Camero in the Amateur NA Superspeedway.

I actually think all of the Camaros suck. Not really suck, but they aren't very fast. Like 12's was as low as I could get my Camaro SS. It is however a pretty good car if it's one of your first. YOu might wanna consider the Z06, it's more expensive, and not much faster, but you win a Camaro SS later on in the game, so you might not wanna buy one...

just wait to get the C5r. you can win it in endurance and/or get it when your 50% done with the game. I am at 48.2% done and i just cant wait. i raced my bro with the C5r and smoked him he was the viper team oreca. it doesnt have many horses but wait until you hit 5th gear and your gonna fly.

Also think about versatility.  If your getting your second car you'll want something that you can use in a few different races.

Nevermind, if you're 8% done you probably have a enough cars for the different races.
