I need to know if they are considering the Ford GT90 comeback.

I really love the GT90, but it's appearance in GT2 is dated now, and it looks poor.

They need to make it come back in GT5, and then it will be able to use the automatic aerodynamic spoiler.

For more info, see The Definitive Ford GT90 Collection

That's the sort of reply I'd expect from an F1 fan, he cannot accept the fact that if the GT90 was made, it would have been serious competition for the F1.

So, does anyone have any better news.

I think he meant, how do we know? We know nothing about GT5 other than it will feature damage and be on PS3. So HOW DO WE KNOW? And less of the cheek to members giving an accrate answer. If you want to argue the GT90 could be competition for a McLaren F1 go and make a topic in the cars in general forum.

As far as I remember, at least one GT90 was made. The problem was that whenever they ran it at full boost it damaged the chassis. So, it really wasn't competition for the F1 ;)

It't got too hot and the engine started melting when they ran it full boost which it needed to get the power to compete with the F1. It was driven round LeMans by Tiff.

WOOOOOOOOW, I never knew that, I'll give you a medal.

Of course I know one was made, do you think they had computers to make the car in 1995 or something.

As I said, if they developed it, it would have been competition, a concept car is not developed enough.

And how would you know that was the problem ,any sources. See, the usual made up facts.

'I think I read somewhere', or 'I heard somewhere'

That wasn't cheek, I have met many an F1 fan in person, and at least 2 were willing to talk about the GT90. The rest said 'Oh yeah, that thing, the one that melted' or 'That ugly thing'

I happen to be running a giant Ford GT90 site, I know the facts, I know the tests, and I know when people are making up facts just to express opinion.

I know it got so hot parts of the engine would melt on full boost, how do I know, because it was publisised and because theres a video that quite a few on this site will have seen of Tiff driving the car round LeMans. As fot it being "that thing that melted", it was, it would melt itself. And that ugly thing", personally I like the GT90's looks, very unique and striking imo, but thats still an opinionated thing so if they don't like the looks they arn't wrong. We don't know what it would've been like compared to the F1 if it made production, the numbers on paper suggest it should do well but whats on paper doesn't always translate 100% to how it really is. We can only specualate, I like the car but do you know why Ford only put in a 5 speed?

Wth is wrong with you? GTRacer's response had nothing to do with McLaren.
You simply asked "Is the GT90 coming back?" and he responded "How do we know?"

What the hell did that have to do with McLaren?
BTW, don't come here and start being a GT90 fanboy.

I just noticed his avatar was a bunch of McLarens, which is usually a fan thing to do.

Can someone give me a link to this video please.

But his post had nothing to do with McLarens.
And how the hell is his post a remark against the GT90.

"How do we know?" was just telling you "How do we know if its in or not?"
If you can't see that, and think its a remark against GT90, which I still can't see how, then you need some help.

Your Fanboyness is showing

Also there was never a question to answer.

I can't remember what it's called but if you look around searching for topics about Tiff and/or the GT90 you mich find something.

Snyepsp, learn the first rule of asking questions. Questions don't end with three exclamation marks. When being asked "how do we know," the long version is "how do we know if the Ford GT90 will be in the next GT?" How do we know PD is going to bring back the Ford GT90 from GT2? You can always race a Ford GT, since the GT90 was one of the hints of the car we now have, called the Ford GT.

Your guess is as good as mine if it will be in the next GT. You can always bring up the Ford GT90 in an existing wishlist thread. Like I said, it's too early to talk about almost any aspect of the next GT. You don't know, I don't know, magazine editors don't know... so who really knows about the next GT? Also, note that I'm using "the next GT" rather than "GT5" because no one really knows what the next big GT game would be titled. Come on now, people. All we can do is speculate about the next GT. That's about as much as anyone can really ask for in talking about the next Gran Turismo game. And what does the Ford GT90 question have to do with this entire text? Simple. IT'S TOO FREAKING EARLY! Too early to talk about anything being even reomotely confirmed by PD.

Get yourself a drink, watch an English Premier Leauge game, and don't worry about things like this right now. Maybe next year, but certainly not this year and certainly not right now.

Not even Kaz and co will know what will make it into the game yet.

snyepsp,I don't actually hate the GT90,I actually quite liked it,I even had a 1:18 model of it(in black) but since it was a rubbish maisto one,the wheels got stuck and fell off within a week.

HEHE

I have the memerobellia page on my site and it tells you the Maisto models are all crappily put together.

Man, that's pretty, dumb.

Americans are so god damn stupid.

SCOTLAND IS NOT IN ENGLAND, IT'S A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. WHY WOULD I WANT TO WATCH AN ENGLAND PREMIER LEAGUE GAME, I DON'T SUPPORT THEM, I SUPPORT CELTIC, A GLASGOW TEAM, FROM SCOTLAND, AND WATCH THE SCOTTISH PREMIER LEAGUE.

I guess in Team America, when they put England in front of Tony Blair at the big conference, they were trying to show how dumb Americans are.

Also, I am 14 years old, you are very bad asking me to drink under age. :sly:

I still can't find this video, are you sure it's on the forums.

I need it for my Ford GT90 site, it would be a great find, please help me guys.

This post is not acceptable. It's rude and generally insults Americans. Do not post like this again, it will not be tolerated.

You responeded in a rude tone to a very polite post. Some of his info was incorrect, like England and drinking, but it wasn't done ON PURPOSE. Let it go.

Actually John didn't post a word wrong, it is legal to drink from the age of 11 in a pub with supervision and food, it is legal to drink in your own home with consent from an early age.

Also he didn't say Scotland was England, he said watch an English premier league game, and most Scots do just like a lot of people from other countries do, it's regarded as one of the best leagues in the world.
