Is there a PS5 upgrade for Assetto Corsa Ultimate?

I want to purchase the ultimate version but was wondering if there is a PS5 upgrade for it? If not how are the graphics on the PS5 with the PS4 game?

Nope but I play it every once in a while (like today). I have not noticed any difference between the PS4 Pro and the PS5 racing. You will see some goofy notice saying some PS4 games may not work on the PS5.
