Is there a way to force playing in the same lobby with PSN friends in GT Sport Daily?

We are 1-2 subseconds from each other and like 30% of the times we're landing in the same lobby, but is there a way to play together all the time?

No idea. I felt lucky to get into one race with a friend this wknd. Both on american servers, both b/b and with .200 of eachother quali time..... we were in a party chat and doing the same races for many hours sat and sun but no luck. I wonder if it is because they dont want people handing thier friends wins when it is supposed to be competitive racing...

It's purely done with speed and sportsmanship matchmaking, all the "Sport" mode stuff was probably done the way it is due to the collaboration with the FIA, to keep it as official as possible. Test Championships coming Nov 4th! I've signed for Alfa Romeo .

Then you could trade wins. One could intentionally hit other people so one can win... No thanks. There are lobbies for that.

This was a problem I noticed in the beta; even though friends were online & are about the same speed as me, I never once saw them in the same lobby. Very frustrating.

There are lobbies for that.

I feel ya op, but the potential for cheating is just too tremendous for this to be an option. Lobbies are the only way to go if you wanna race with friends on a regular basis.
