Is this a bug in online race!!!!!

We are about to start our 3 season with our online endurance race series.
The first 2 seasons was in PC1, but now we have moved on to PC2.
We drive 4, 6 and 12 hours race and all have been good in PC1.

But now in PC2 I can only create an online race that is 2 hours and 20 minuts!!!!!!
Is that a bug?
No matter what I select, if it is 3,4,6,11 or 20 hours it goes back to 2 hours and 20 minuts, when I create the server.

In single player mode there is no problem.
There the lenght of the race is what you select it to be.

Yup, our league has faced that issue too. I sure hope it is a bug and not by design.
