Hi all,

I’m encountering an issue with my Logitech G923 TrueForce wheel when using it on my PS5 while playing Gran Turismo 7. The problem is that the steering functionality doesn’t work once the game loads. All the other buttons on the wheel are responsive, but the steering itself is unresponsive.

Here are some details about my setup:

Wheel Model: Logitech G923 TrueForce

Console: PlayStation 5 (Firmware version 24.08-10.40.00)

Game: Gran Turismo 7 (Version 1.54)

Firmware Version of Wheel: Latest available

I’ve already tried:

Ensuring the wheel’s firmware is up to date (latest version installed)

Restarting both the PS5 and the game

Checking connections and cables

Verifying that the wheel is functioning correctly in other games (the steering works in other games, but not in GT7)

Has anyone else encountered this issue or have suggestions on how to fix it? I’ve seen other posts about steering issues, but none seem to directly address my specific situation. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

In which USB port is the wheel plugged? Is there anything between the wheel and the console, like a USB extension or additional device?

Is there a DualSense (or other controller) connected and turned on at the same time? What happens if you turn it off in the console's controller menu?

I haven't had this happen to me in quite a while....I have my G923 plugged into the front of my
PS5. Sometimes, I had to unplug it and wait a minute and plug it back in to work. Only had to
do this a few times and now it's been working fine. Hope this helps!
