It's a tough one.

Worst made? What the hell are you on about! Its basically a BMW! Its a very well made car and its production line is the state of the art!

And im sure you wont be saying anything bad about the ZT after you have been in one esspecially the V8! Dont knock anything untill youve tryed it!

The MGF is the biggest selling sports car in the UK. I think.
I dont mind the ZT. I admit it doesn't look different, but I isn't ugly either. But sadly i wouldn't buy one as it failed the Top Gear Time test. It did much slower that the M5 and other cars in that categorie, so they hated it aswell.

I didn't think they'd tried they ZT V8 (or any other ZT from my memory) - they tried the SV and it was slower than the 911 & Noble, but I can't remember them looking at the ZT. Maybe it was one of the earlier episodes, in which case it wouldn't have been the V8 as that is very recent?

Thing is though, in terms of spec the ZT V8 may be pitched against the M5 - but it is (another memory test) ~£15K cheaper - so you could argue that in terms of price, the M5 isn't a rival.

I've driven a Rover 75, only once, across from East Anglia to the Midlands (in the UK), when the weather was bucketing down. It was a V6 auto, and was pretty good, I was sharing the driving but because of the conditions I found myself pretty tired when I swapped over. On it's own, not too bad. However - I did the same journey in my Saab 9-5 a few weeks later, in very similar conditions (same traffic density, and I did wonder exactly how it could rain so hard twice in a month). On that occasion I was on my own, so did the whole journey, in about the same time as the previous one. However, the solo trip in the Saab was far, far less tiring than the shared trip in the Rover. Now Saabs are quite famous for their comfortable seats and ability to relax drivers, but the difference was quite astonishing.

Having said that, I'd love to try the ZT V8! Just not on the M6...
