Here's a question for ya. Which car in GT2 would you buy for Mother's Day uh, for your mother? Or mum, or madré? :)

I think for me it would have to be the Citroën Xantia! She currently owns a Saab 93, but only because they don't import French cars in America anymore. She had a Peugeot 504 when I was a kid & teen. French cars tend to have a soft ride...mom likes that. I think she'd like a Xantia! :D

I think I choose Honda Logo TS. With CVT, it will give smooth acceleration all the way. Small body make it easy to park at busy street. 88hp would make it powerfull enough to carry 4 people sight seeing at the mountain :). Handle nice too in case of "emergency".

Mom loves hondas. When it comes to real life, so do I. I have an 92' accord EX with 198,000+ miles and my wife and I are supposed to get a 2004 Honda Oddyssy today-literally.:) :sly: We got a deal. 14,500 for the 04 Oddyssy with only 60,000 miles with a clean title. My wifes aunt has connections. The dealer is taking a 500$ loss. Mom, had an accord go over 250,000 miles before my brother wrecked it. I am all about reliablility, untill I get through school again.
If I added another car to the list it would be either a Honda CRV or a Toyota Rav 4 (Which my mother currently owns.).

well, since moms do a lot for their families, i think they need a car they can just have some fun with, maybe something like this.....

I was trying to limit my answer to cars only in GT2. IT's funny, I bought a Honda Odyessey in GT4 and found it handles the tracks pretty good so far! I mean, it's heavy and I've spun a couple times, but if you have it going at an appropriate speed, it still enters corners with a bit of precision just like a smaller Honda usually does.

My moms dream car has always been a 65 Mustang. One day I would like to let her drive our 67 Mustang. I think that would mean a lot to her. :)
I think there was a 65 or 66 in GT2. Those are different than the 67-68.

Mini Cooper/Cooper S. One of the only cars she ever liked. Hell, if I bought her an Aston Martin, a Viper, a Lister, an Espace F1, she wouldn't give a crap. But I know that she'd love the Mini.

Or else, if I couldnt get one, maybe something Honda S2000 or Beat-sized, or a Peugeot 206/other hatchback (any brand)

Now, I would give her a Plymouth Superbird, but, being cost-conscious, I voted for a cute kei-car van.

The Plymouth Superbird isn't out of the equation, though.

There's only one real decison for my mom...she wants some room in the vehicle but also has a leadfoot...see where I'm going?

If not, then it's the Espace F1.

That's a tough one. The battle would be held between the Impreza and the Superbird - if there is anything for her that could beat the sporty growl of a WRX, it is the rumble of a big old V8. Seeing she doesn't have small kids anymore, the car would have be the Superbird.

, I can't imagine what grandma will do waiting traffic light to go green when there is a rice boys riding an ultra loud civic next to her .

Chrysler Phaeton, I remember long ago my mom actually said she liked the way it looked, if not that then the 7 series or Toyota Chaser

I think I would get her my Fully Tuned Nissan Stegea 260RS, with the Racing Modification, so she can relax in a big car, pop her ear drums because of no sound-proofing, take her kids to school, and still do over 200MPH in the process. Too bad she can't even park a damn Mini Cooper without bumping other parked cars.
