Are you sure it's not an old clip talking about mid-engined the V16 Cien? Last I heard, the Cien was cancelled (why, I'll never know; I really liked it). Then again, I heard they were working on a new, front-engined supercoupe. That leaves us with the same question, though:

Does anyone else know more about this?

No, the Cien was shelved last week (Shelved but not gone, delays indefinitely),
This new V-16 Cadillac is going to compete with the big players like the M-B's Maybach; BMW's Rolls Royce Silver Seraph; and the VW's Bentley Arnage as the 'cars that costs like a house' segment. Maybe this Cadillac will be introduced either in the LA, Detroit or NY autoshows next year.
