Nice update FJ, shot #2 and the last one are definitely the most brilliant ones! đź‘Ť

Though the Secret Santa entry is a little bit boring, nothing really exciting when put with the rest of the update.

I think that your SSC entry is too centred in my opinion, nice work though with the RX-7 đź‘Ť

Very nice work FJ, I absolutely love that last one!

Whoah. This one is awesome! đź‘Ť

I love the crazy angles in the Rx-7 pictures. The 1st picture is my favorite.

đź‘Ť
This is nnnnice!

You already got a fav for the best one.
The last one is just soooo amazing!

Great news since my last visit, especially the last RX-7 and R32 shots! Well done!!!

Thanks everyone for the feedback and comments. :)

I have a lot of shots that never made it here from Flickr, so this could be a collection of all those.

Ferrari F10, Nissan Skyline GT-R (R33) TC, BMW M5 at Spa and Kyoto.

We'll start off with this one...

Nissan Skyline GT-R (R33) TC at Spa-Francorchamps.

HDRI.

Ferrari F10 at Spa-Francorchamps.

I realised that my set-up had a bit too much front downforce when that happened.

And this is my PMC entry this week.

Wow, that's a lot to take in. The Spa shots are all fantastic but I'm especially enjoying the F1 set. đź‘Ť The first M5 shot is my favourite out of that set. :)

My mind is totally blown away by the quantity of that last set, so much to take in! đź‘Ť

My favourite shot would have to be this one. I loved the way you molded the darker areas around the rain spray.

Sooo many pics. And they're awesome!
This one

is my fave.
I can actually call it my all-time fave of all your shots.
The colors, the light, the composition and every other possible thing is
just incredible!đź‘Ťđź‘Ťđź‘Ť

Your F1 shots at Spa are utter awesomeness! Beautiful composition, lighting, colours, just everything about them is fantastic! And the fact that the majority of them are PMC shots is even more mind-blowing  đź‘Ť

Lovely HDRIs Fishy - great work!

The F10 shots are excellent. đź‘Ť

Fishy, you're awesomeness made flesh

Big update, those Spa shots are great and I like the first one in the M5 set

Amazing work on the F1 shots! đź‘Ťđź‘Ť
Thanks everyone for the comments. :)

Here is the set from my 2.0 shooting for week 38.

"60's & 70's Le Mans".

There are no HDRs this week, but it'll have to do. :P

Comments and criticism is welcome.

Great shots and brilliant editing makes this a stand out 330 P4 set. đź‘Ť
Good to see you back in the polls. :)

I have to say these shots really do have that vintage feel, superb editing đź‘Ť

Awesome F1 at Spa shots. đź‘Ť Also love the vintage treatment and angles on the 330 P4.

At first glance I thought, WOW too much noise (or grain? I don't know). Then after looking again I decided, it's not actually too much, it looks just right. Great work, risky but successful in my eyes. đź‘Ť

I'm not so sure about the noise. I see what you were going for, trying to make it vintage, but for that it would need to be shot at less crazy angles. You'll never see any vintage pictures at angles like those and that kind of makes the pictures odd to me.

This is just a minor complaint that is just my opinion. They're still great pictures. Really good colour tones!

Agree with everything you said.

They are really, really great pictures as usual, but the noise is a little bit too much. :nervous:

Yeah, those shots are nice.đź‘Ť
About the noise. I think I know how to make it look a bit better.
When the image is ready (the colors, not the noise) you need to use the unsharpen mask (if my translation is correct:lol:) to make the image look too sharp, then add noise and blur it a bit.
It looks especially good if you're trying to give the image that vintage look.
I hope that my advice is a tiiiiiny bit useful.:D

Thanks, seems you liked how it came out.

You caught me.
The pictures have very much the same angle. The tilting and the panning isn't realistic one bit, so it was an experiment with what looked best since the shooting was rushed due to the 2.0 closing. And great to get a comment like yours that points this out. And due to this am I bit surprised that I'm on something like 4th place in the 2.0 poll, since the picture is just an "over-tilted" rig shot. (kinda :P) The only picture I took where the noise fits in is the 5th one IMO. Thanks for the detailed comment. đź‘Ť

Yup, the editing needs to be less rushed next time. I'm a bit hesitant to use noise otherwise. Thanks for the comment btw. :)

It is, it will be tried out. Thanks for the comment as well. đź‘Ť

And I think I can throw in my PMC this week.

Beautiful shot Fishy - the paint looks wet! Great color, composition, tone, and angle. Well done. :)

Thanks. :D

Preview for now, the pics on their way are edited versions of the Impreza set lying in my photostream right now.

Now found as the first picture in this post.

Criticism is appreciated.

Ooooh, pretty! ;) Since you asked for criticism: The angle suits the shot well because of the lines. Nice composition with the road stripe down the middle and to the bottom right with the car in the upper right quadrant. Nice tone, but the lighting could be more balanced. The shadow on the left is a little distracting but not a big deal. Wonderful depth of field and great use of portrait layout. Although the SSR7 tunnel shot has become a bit ubiquitous, you have made one of the more unique shots of it that I've seen, and I love it!

I like the angles you've used here and the lines work really well, I just feel that the centre of the shot is a bit too bright and it draws you eye away from the car. Great composition though :)

Awesome tunnel shots. đź‘Ť I like the extreme Dutch angles going on there,
