I wonder if the frustrations of trying to drag the MP4-30 around the track manifested themselves in Jenson's private life.

Maybe when he started his career, but these days Button is one of the most professional drivers on the grid. His personal life as been as turbulent as Lewis Hamilton's at times, but unlike Hamilton, he has kept his composure.

I don't see why this has to be anything more than two people who grew apart and fell out of love. From the sounds of things, it was pretty amicable, though I admit that I find the line about no-one else being involved to be a curious inclusion.

Perhaps, I was being sarcastic as you are nevertheless. Also he has to wait another 3 years before his break comes...just like the first half of his career. Or is next year his 2006 season all over again?
