Ok this is what i got in my Subaru Impreza WRX Cusco

24'37.369

Couldn't get the exiting speed i wanted out of the corners with this car, i feel i could shave a second or more off my lap time, if i could do so. only could choose R1 front and rear tire types for this car. Not the best handling Subaru i have driven. But reason considering its drivetrain set up. TBH i think this car was much better in GT4 tbh.

done another gt500 run, result - almost exactly the same time within 500th of a second.. tsk..

why would you want to watch 13 mins of lapping the high speed ring?!!

Consistency and there is a hint Ill see in the first lap.

G'damn this pace has gone quiet.

On Final race day too.

Here is my final race time, i am sorry for the picture quality, the time was 22'24.014

I did not have much time to think on this so it was the second race i did, my sister is showing symptoms of the H1N1 virus and i am more worried about her than this. . :indiff:

Thanks, even though Ive been left in the dust, I hope to still at least make a podium finish.

I'm just having so much trouble shutting off Assassins Creed on my PSP to get my best GT500 time put down.

I will hopefully soon.
 
Does the replay only show 13 minutes or 13 laps?

I would suggest that Justin shorten the length of the races so he can check the replay without missing any laps. This is just to keep the game fair & minimize/eliminate cheating.

It may be that of course, but she has asma, and so do i and my mother, so as you may expect we need to be extra carefull, nevertheless everything is going smoothly so far :)

Nice to see some times coming in.

I gotta switch back to my Eu copy to lay my race time for GT500

Ill tell you its ALLOT harder to keep a consistent steady race in my GT500 car vs my GT300. I haven't done a full race yet. I made an attempt but crashed half way through and lost my temper.

Ill do some more before the clock runs out.

Yeah, I'm kinda having the same issue.

After lap 13 the race cuts, and there is NOTHING to indicate, Tires, Physics, Assist, or even that there wasn't any Speed cheats used. Id like to think NOBODY uses that as they ruin the game, but every time I play some COD online (or many other games) There seams to be people who enjoy cheesy boring lame dumb cheats (Those flying jumps in COD are annoying) You will be surprised every time at the ridiculous lengths people go though for cheap thrills.

I would say lets we do 10 laps on tracks that will allow them to be run in the replay recorder time limit, and reduce the laps according to track length.

I REALLY appreciate your half a second gift, but I'm afraid I can not take it... I'll still send you the Champagne bottle you asked for, though! ;) haha!


By the way, I kind of see the point on doing less than 14 minutes' race (13 laps on High Speed Ring is probably 14 minutes, right?), but I think that doing 20 laps rewards a good concentration, rather than just raw speed. Know what I mean? I might like time attacks, etc. but I also like being rewarded for being constant, not just fast...

Much like KIGO. Im not impressed with the Cusco Subaru. I fell that this is a very poor preformance for myself.

Sorry it took me so long to post my picture of my time. Also I looked for the replay of my race but it wasn't showing up on my computer, yet on my PSP it was :indiff: I'm wondering if it has something to do with the replay being cut short.

Its in your PSP/SAVEDATA folder each replay is in a separate folder they usually have titles like this "UCUS98632RPLY-B63E8276D00" for US copy of GT.

If you look there it will be in there 100% you just take the folder toss it into a zip, then attach the zip to your post.
 
I know the images don't really show any information to indicate what race i did and what specifications i had so if they are unacceptable that is fine. I haven't had a chance to do anymore times so these are going to be my official times this week. Will be back into it come the official season (have exams).

I already knew that, but thanks anyways :) Anyways it doesn't show up beside the other replays I have for High Speed Ring as the replays seem to sort themselves by track. I've looked elsewhere in the folder but I can't find it. And yes I know how to check what replay it is by selecting the file and opening the "PARAM" file with word pad.

I may just end up sticking the PSP in its dock and set my camera down in front of it and record the replay that way. Not very good quality, but it would at least prove I did it without cheating.

EDIT: I'm uploading the video onto photobucket now. For whatever reason the game actually saved the whole race, instead of up to 13 laps like you guys have been saying.

EDIT 2: It looks like I'll have to downsize the video to upload it, stupid photobucket only allows video files up to 500MB. Sadly I'm not sure how to downsize it.

EDIT 3: I figured out how to divide it into separate parts, but it will take absolutely forever to save and upload everything so I don't think I'm going to even bother.

Crap, I put down a 22'06.XXX and wasn't satisfied, so I went to the Track at 11:30 thinking I got enough time to make a better run (My time was my first completed race), but on lap 6 my neighbor comes over & blah blah blah blah, I come back to my PSP and it's 12:08. I got disqualified :ouch:

Simply zip the folder and attach it. It takes a minute, nuff said.

Well, here's mine, slightly late as I couldn't get on the internet last night
As you can probably see, I am dead last, because the AI shunted me onto the grass with three or four laps left, so there was nothing I could do

Also, for the next race, could I change car to the Nissan Xanavi Nismo GT-R '03? Most likely I still won't be very competitive, but at least I will have a faster car.

Argh didnt get my time in. Got caught up playing Dirt 2 last night. But i guess it doesnt really matter yet. Gonna start the autumn ring later today.
