I thought this was a preseason race :ouch: I'll be there next week.

If that's the case man you lucked out!,.

I watched a lot of Tnt & Ally's in car camera, and let me tell you the Arta swoops turns a whole lot faster then or Cusco's. We pretty much have to slow down almost to a stop to make these cars turn in properly. I think we did well with the reg's because even tho the Arta out turns us we can get a hole shot run on the Arta to keep with the battle instead of just getting smoked!!! 👍

Yeah you see me spin out on first turn and come back? Lol that cornering is helpful.
I'm so slow on the straights though. I only hit 157mph if I'm alone on fujis straight.

I was able to get to the high 1:38s on softs with my RX7. I think I could have had a good race. I was going to start on mediums so I think the strategy would have been decent. Next round I'll be ready!

I've been waiting for someone to make a statement about last night and it hasn't happened so i will do it myself.

The season opener last night was re-arranged for next week

This happened for a few reason -

The US has had their daylight saving time come into play but the UK hasn't, meaning all the timings on the OP were not correct. Some people were expecting it to start at a certain time and others were expecting it to start an hour later.

We also lost a few drivers because of the rescheduled F1 qualifying.

If someone could update the OP to show the following information then we can get organised again and get back on track.

1 - As discussed last night we will be running at GMT 12am for all the races, this means EST and PST will be 1 hour earlier than last season. This will only be for 2 races as GMT has it's daylight saving kick in on March 31st.

2 - The countdown timer also needs to be brought in line with these changes.

3 - There need to be a notification at the top of the OP linking either this post or a new statement to show the changes.

This needs to happen asap as the confusion is causing a lot of disinterest in the series and we will lose numbers if we're not careful. This would be a shame as we can have a really good series with some extremely close racing.

If I have missed anything out please add to to it and we can get going again.

Importantness.

Quoted, important bulletin all need to see.

Looks like ill be missing the first two races now and the one on the 20th of April i guess I am basically part time.

I'm not racing anymore on the weekends. Too many things come up and I'm tired of the disappointment I give to other's when they here I'm racing a game instead of doing family things. After what happened here with JSTC Saturday after 23 laps into the race was also a factor in my decision. To back out of a race and postpone it after 23 laps in, is B.S. It was a waist of my time. Races never starting on time is another one..
I hope I don't affend anyone with this decision.

Yeah, I'm not leaving but we shouldved just finished that race lol.

First of all, if you want me to make a decision, you need to tell me what happened at the race. I have no idea what went on at all.
If noone tells me what happens (as was the case) I'm just gonna leave it to Joe.

The F1 qually issue is not something we could have avoided. The daylight saving issue however, and whatever else went on, sounds like basic communication issues.

If Joe has approved of the rescheduling I'm fine with it. If not I'd like to be briefed on what happened before making a decision.

I was leading the race but it was no fun just 4 cars on the track .

I understand tnts frustration but id rather we do it with the right numbers or not do it at all.

Wont be practicing til actual raceday .

Wrapping up 4 different series this week , quite a busy week for the virtual race driver :)

Lol ok. Get that bacon.

Okay mate I fact is the cusco Subaru premium version available

No it's not, I'm still here. I'm not quitting as long as Joe will still have me as a team mate. But this doesn't need to happen again. Especially as far into the race as we were. We had started out with plenty of drivers. I was also pushing a completely different strategy from what I have normally ran. I had atleast 2 more laps I was pushing for.
My other problem is that I had alot of things I could have done Saturday. Like spend more time with my grandaughters and do chores around the house.
Then for problem #2: there are some people in my family that like to make me feel guilty because I do something I enjoy. Which as of today is going to stop. Unless they all want me to give them crap about the things I find stupid that they enjoy. 👍
I hope you all can understand my frustration about yesterday and I appologise. This is one of my favorite leagues to race in.
