Nurburg Incident:

Tyler & Flanked (Lap 20) Tyler drafting up to Bazzer for the the pass at the chicane, Tyler goes to position his car on the outside of Bazzer, Bazzer checks up to apex his corner and Tyler hits him from behind sending him into the wall. Tyler ends up driving off in the end and not giving the position back. I was at a stall mate with this issue because I could see where both drivers were coming from, but more stewards declared Tyler at fault because he was the trailing car and was suppose to have control of his car in any situation, so he will get a 30sec drive thru penalty ends up driving off instead of giving the position back

I have no preference when it come to the schedule as long as the races stay on Saturday.

I like your revised schedule, but I'm open both ways. I would take a vote on it. The 29th is Saturday and new years eve is Sunday so it wouldn't affect me much. But I like weeks off even real racing series except Nascar has time off. With the amount of driver we have I'm not worried about losing drivers.

Racing Medium tires are mandatory now. Some have used harder tires during a race. Just keep it to Mediums, guys.

5 second penalty for every spot lost during an incident will be added to the offender's time, including any other penalties. Updated in OP.

We're also taking a hardline stance now in qualifying. If both of your laps are dirty, your time will be DQ'd and you will be placed in the back of the grid. Doesn't matter if you gained or lost time from it.

Now onto something very serious... HOW THE HE11 do I turn off that stupid "baby i dont know why i love you so" bu!!**** horrible song!!! It's not in the Music menue anywhere. There's a post about it in the playstation.us forum from 2010/2011 and the game still hasn't taken it out?

By turning music completely off, and better hearing me... so that you don't cut me off when you're passing lapping me.

Also, the music isn't horrible, the first 80 times. After that, it's a bit repetitive.


However, I'll say that peace, quiet, and the sounds of my lunatic driving are much better than music.

Tyler, download some music to your Playstation, then when you have around 80 song's create a playlist, once you have done that get on to GT5, go to the options menu, find the BGM, then select import playlist, then 90% of the time your music should play as oppose to the GT5 BGM

Yeah I have that. I like some of the synth heavy downtempo tracks in the GT Lib. Was hoping they'd play in the Lobby.

Well I'm not going to better that anytime soon.

Did a mini test at Madrid with Zach, it's amazing to see how we have 2 identical cars but achieve our pace so differently.

I predict this place is going to have some incidents though, especially the T1-2 chicane.

I've battled with Zach literally door to door for most of our test including side by side through the chicane.

However we gave each other room, and here both parties will need to do that, more so than other tracks IMO. Give and take.

And for those with abs off, watch the painted lines and kerbs under brakes.

Watching the RD4 replay at Laguna. My splits in S1 and S2 were equal if not faster than sls and zach but I lose a full second in S3 every lap! No wonder I was +40 on Zach.

Wish I had known how bad my S3 was.

I created my own play list and uploaded it to my GT5 game so I'm listing to hardcore rap music as I get my dip on. That's how you fix this situation! 👍

I had a great battle with JP and cnd01 there, we checked out from the 4th place car, then I completely crashed into JP big time going into the chicane, pure accidental through both of us having different driving lines through the chicane, but geez it was fun,

High 1:22's, low 1:23's are my pace around Madrid. Seems like every lap you can gain time though. I did 4 laps earlier, started in the 25s, dropped to 22.9 at the last lap before I exited out.

Sadly I wont be able to turn Madrid laps until Tuesday night. 👎 Thankz for the target times so far fellas.

Bump that I got some laps in and so far I ran a best of 1:23.042. Mid-pack should be in the 1'22's for sure with the fast guys hitting 1'22's and the super fast guys running 1'21's here. This place is exactly the same length of Mazda Raceway so that's why I put this round next after the Mazda round. You can run your same Mazda tranny around here. I'm going to try to break into the 1'22's before I power down tonight!
