Just got GT6, stick with 1.00 or go to 1.02 for money?

Hi,

finally received my preorder GT6 anniversary (preordered from UK and delivered to AUS) and was wondering if i should stick with 1.00 for some offline grinding or go straight to 1.02?

I know of the merc glitch and that's for 1.01 and i'm not asking for mega bucks here, but would like to be able to stockpile some cash early to buy some cars i like. Is there another trick or something to get some extra cash on this version?

In 1.02 the rewards are much higher for career events.

i saw the ascari glitch too but that's a lot of game playing to get to that level before i can use it, almost not worthwhile if 1.02 gives you more rewards in careeer anyway right?

Dont glitch... It takes the whole point out of the freakin game. I mean, if you start with 20 millions, you dont have to do anything, just buy the best cars etc. Nono, jump straight into 1.02. It gives you more cash each race + you gain log-in bonus like in GT5 And you unlock the redbull races aswell which gives you alot of cash + nice cars ^^

1.02 gives you brilliant money. Especially when you stack up the 200% bonus. Then the two newest Seasonals will give you close to, if not 2 million. Each.
And the Red Bull Junior evens, which you can go at straight ahead without buying anything, will reward you (with bonus) around one million for 20 minutes of driving.

well you will all be glad to hear that i jumped straight to 1.02 to keep the spirit of the game in tact

waited this long already and i'll be damned if any sort of greediness ruins it now

Also a lot of the bonus cars are not given in 1.00

With the log-in bonus, increased prizes and lucrative seasonal events it's a no brainer really.

Its a game so you should expect to just have fun, buy the cars you want, upgrade them, etc. Grinding honestly isnt fun, and i think alot of people prefer to just get to buy the cars they want. Its a game afterall, its meant to allow you to enjoy, not to make you suffer doing the same race over and over again for close to no money.

It is called "Progression" You gotta play the game, not just skip to the ending ^^ Or cheat your way through

Progression, but in the form of grinding, the worst of its kind.
Edit: btw i didnt do this cheating method. I was tempted to but resisted.

Well, to be honest, i was tempted to aswell But i have grinded my way up to 3 LMP cars and some other super cars
