Congratulations mate  all you gotta do now is get a car and insurance cheaply. Good luck.

Many congrats! It's not easy to get it right on the day, but first time with zero faults is pretty damn impressive.

Thank you, I tried as hard as i could to make sure i didn't do anything wrong, i concentrated so much, it felt like i was driving for 10 mins, even though it was a 40 minute test. After the first minute i was ok and relaxed. :)

Congratulations mate! Well, I've been driving a for quite a lot without a driving license. I know, it's illegal but... Yes I know it's wrong. However, I'm now in a driving school having some tests and my final test will be on the 22nd of February. Still a long time! Hmmm.. Also my first time driving a manual car. Eventhough I already have a car... And it's automatic. I know...

I'd keep that quiet next time mate. Illegal activities are generally frowned upon.

But hey, pass your test and all is well!

Yeah mate, but I think many of you here may have already know that, so I think it's no use either to keep it quiet. Just my opinion ;)

Yes, I just have to pass my test and everything should be all well! 👍

Please, my mum's been driving for 17 years without a licence in this country  Although she does have her licence in the U.K, so she isn't a totally crap driver :sly:

A tip for insurance Jim, when you do get a car and go to insure it put all your family members in your household on as named drivers on your own policy.
I have spent countless hours on insurance websites trying to find the cheapest way, as I'm a 19 year old guy so its pretty damn expensive.
I was quoted £2150 on a 1.9 fiat punto multijet sporting (my next car) with just me on the policy.
However with my mum, dad and sister as named drivers I can now get insurance for £1300.
Saved 800 smackers!!!

Oh and congratulations, only 2 of my friends passed with 0 minors, its very very hard to do! 👍

bravo now you can learn to drive :D 2 of my tests I managed to do with no minors... :( (just some questionable majors)

With regards to insurance, engine size and model are the important factors. the smaller and obscure the car the better :P which is why my grandads old escort estate costs...because apparently kids crash escorts and it puts a black mark on the brand :grumpy: dirt cheap for a pontiac twice the size though :D
