With GT6 and good LOD implementation, we could easily see 24h races in Le Mans or Nürburgring with full grid of cca 200 cars. Car models shouldn't be touched and instead of it all other aspects of the game should be improved.

I don't think that even PS4 can render a 200 cars on one track. Maybe 30+ at once...

GT5, if it will have all this features... It will be the best racing game ever.
 
have they told us how many cars will be on the track at once in gran turismo 5?

anyway, the next thing for them to do is improve the sense of speed and implement head movements. that could simulate g-force as well as help with crash simulation.

thats good news if you spent nearly a grand (AU$) on an hdmi cable from Monster (I think its Monster) that was labeled the best HDMI cable in the world - it comes with a guarantee that if there is ever a new technology that requires more bandwidth than their cable can deliver its yours. Free.

Mind you I bought both of mine for around 40 bucks each...they work fine for me. Although occasionally my TV looses the HDMI signal for like 3 seconds, only during GT5P, im not sure if is the hdmi cables or not. i cant remember if the amp keeps playing the sound as well. better not do that for GT5 lol!

Just thought of something, If GT5 is so advanced and so loaded, thee will be no reason for GT6 because there will be nothing to put in it. If GT5 has too much, GT6 won't exist, and the Gran Turismo will cease to exist.
 
I just realized something too, that WRC is included in GT, besides having weather effects, we might get cars flip over as well. I mean, which rally game never have their cars flipped over in the past?

Well uh GT4 had rally and well cars did not flip over.

Remember Kaz said that this was only what 25 or 50% percent of his dream. Somehow he'll manage to crap out some more stuff.

No, but in E3 trailer there are showed a 16 car at once. I don't think that will be more. They should use more PS3's memory to create a more detailed tracks, nice weater effects and lighting in night races. If AI will be more clever I'll be happy.
 
I think there is enough to do for GT6. This is the first Gran Turismo game in Full HD. Remember the movie of the Koenigsegg? I don't think these graphics will be included in GT5. Maybe in GT6. I think it's also a great option for PD to have DLC. So we don't have to wait for GT6 when something is missing. Now they can add some Downloadable content to the store. I hope it's free because I don't have a creditcard...:(

Mine does this too. I just got the TV and the cable so I wasn't sure if it was the TV. Probably the cable, which makes more sense I guess. It's only happened a few times but once it was in the middle of a GT5P online race. I still won but lol I was blind for 2-3 seconds.
 
I read a day or so ago that PSN cards are coming to Europe very soon. I think they are like prepaid gift cards so you don't need plastic to buy on PSN?
 
Ive just thought of something cool that may or may not be in GT5. To be able to buy different Helmets and racing suits in different colours. Would be cool.
 
I'm worried if the inclusion of WRC will make players unable to take any old car and add dirt or snow tyres to compete in a rally, like I do with a '95 3000GT MR in GT4.
 
Who's fed up waiting for this game to be released? I know I am. Prologue is boring now. I'm bored of hearing all the false release dates and fed up reading about the PSP version, to the moon with it all. Hurry up already PD!!!

I doubt that'll happen, I mean WRC cars probably cost a fair bit in the game (always have) and, just as in real life, you have to start somewhere. I would imagine there might be WRC events that require WRC cars (either through an entry requirement or simply because nothing else can compete with a WRC car on a WRC stage), but I'd be surprised if they replaced the entire rally part of the game with WRC cars. If they do, what the hell am I supposed to do with my collection of Evos? There's only so many Tsukuba time attacks a man can do!

well i am not that fed up because to me this game isnt a very big deal. to me at least
