Holy hole in a donut, that works amazingly well.

I'd forgotten the Daihatsu Esse (the orange one) existed. Led me to look at them on the import sites, and that in turn led me to the most gratuitous use of blanked-off switches I've ever seen in a car:
Not in Japan it won't. It's on an auction site but all the cars are still for sale in Japan - some dealers just also advertise on export sites just to expand their audience.Wow....and it's yellow and an Automatic. Will be tough to find a buyer for that one.
Just for fun, if you could have any one kei car, what would it be? There are so many good choices, but I think I would have to go with the Daihatsu Midget II van. There is only room enough for me, which is fine, and I can carry groceries or a new TV in the back. It's a perfect around town cargo carrier.
I haven't sold my Copen wheels, yet, in that I still want one. However, I'd definitely put it on the way back burner for a lil tWuck.Tough call between a first generation Copen and a first generation Mazda Porter Cab. As much as I love the Copen, I think I'd have to give it up for the Mazda.
Looks like a mini Willys Jeep.
Mitsubishi actually built Willys Jeeps. 30 different models between 1953 and 1998.Looks like a mini Willys Jeep.
Hmm, intriguing. So this model is also related to the yellow Suzuki above?Mitsubishi actually built Willys Jeeps. 30 different models between 1953 and 1998.

No. The Suzuki looks like a Willys Jeep because they were copying it.Hmm, intriguing. So this model is also related to the yellow Suzuki above?
Ah I see.No. The Suzuki looks like a Willys Jeep because they were copying it.
930ccWould have gone with the current Suzuki Alto Works but after watching Mighty Car Mods. It'd have to be a Nissan March Super Turbo, sorely because of the sound they make.

When it comes to those three-wheelers, I think I'd have to go with a Mazda K360. That it and my previous noted preference are both Mazda offerings is purely coincidental. The classic Midget would be great too, though I suspect it'd be less usable even for brief journeys. So cool though.
