Kenny's Muscle Car Competition Week 5

This week we will be photo shooting at Laguna Seca. Your plane from Las Vegas to California leaves now, unless you care to drive your muscle car there.

I want you to give me a muscle car on Laguna Seca and capture the 'essence' of the track. Your best shot has to be unmistakeably, undeniably Laguna Seca. Note that this does not mean running your car to the corkscrew and calling it a day, if you take a corkscrew shot it better be good!

You may choose to have just your car or others on the track, if you wish. I'm in the mood for some Monterey Historic or some Trans Am racing.

Limit 5 entries per participant. Photoshop may NOT be used EXCEPT to adjust brightness, contrast, minor color curving to suit your style, and cropping. No adding in and out objects like cars or trees.

Today is July 9th and this will end Saturday July 16th at 3PM.

haha yeah, last week favored the people who excel at Photoshop - this will favor those who can convey to me what Laguna Seca is about.

Well I'm getting very interested in these photo competitions..I'll give this a shot. I do not have photoshop so I won't submit those weeks.

NEVER EVER fail to submit in one of my comp's because you don't have photoshop. Look at me, same deal. I purposely try to structure my comps so that people with an eye for detail and a unique angle often place just as high as the photoshop masters. Speedy_samurai got third place last week because of the coolness of his shot - although I couldn't see any enhancements by photoshop.

lol..just implying the well known difficulty of the turn. and the fear that the driver faces..knowing that one small mistake can lead to him spinning out and crashing his $100,000+ vehicle into a wall. Atleast he wrecked at a respectable course.

I was looking at the qualifying yesterday for the MotoGP. The fastest time was 3 or 5 seconds faster then the best time of the superbike series.

I will post my pictures when I have time.

Doblocruiser, sorry to say but I really can't see the Panoz as a muscle car, it is not even based off a muscle car version like the camaro or corvette race cars.....

Please choose a different car
