Well, I would've loved to include the old BMW M5, as that would make it more even (probably still would've beat the RS6), but BMW or PD somehow decided it wasn't important enough to be put into the game.
Considering the amount of lead time needed to program a car in, GT4 wouldn't have had the new A6 or RS6 anyway, unless Audi had given them testing data. That's how the Ford Mustang GT and M5 got into GT4. Thank God for active collaboration. 👍
I'm finding that a mere 2-3 years difference in manufacture/model age counts for a lot when comparing similar cars. Especially since chassis development seems in overdrive nowadays, and stock tire sizes just keep shooting up (more grip for newer vehicles).
I merely included the Carlton as a nod to its being one of the first and wildest super-sedans.
