I figure its about time I finally make a thread about my car - a 1997 Stillen Maxima SMX.
It started off in life as a Japanese-assembled Maxima SE (think base model) which was shipped here to New Zealand where it received some love and attention from Steve Millen and his team. It has a full Stillen Cat-back exhaust, intake, upgraded ECU, Stillen strut brace, super short-shift kit, Eibachi progressive springs, thicker anti-roll bars, uprated brake rotors and calipers, lightweight wheels with track-ready tires and a full Stillen body kit and spoiler.
It puts out 230hp and 330NM of torque, hits 100 (62mph) in 7 seconds or so and goes onto a top speed of about 250km/h. It's one of 120 SMXs built of which only 20 were manuals.
Anyway, that's enough writing and now for some photos.
I am working on getting a better video/sound clip of the exhaust as that one isn't so good.
