I can't imagine especially great, and they don't allow an awful lot of flow for that [relatively] big V12. But hey, they look fantastic.

No problem - a great car and a great performance for Lagonda to come 3rd and 4th. A shame that no one, including David Brown has ever been able to successfully build on the great sporting and luxury heritage of the pre-war V12 Lagonda models. The post war V12 engine was a magnificent, though beautiful failure.
