I would join in if this actually happens. Unforunately I, myself, don't have a place to host it in.
I would like to get in on this LAN party. I live in daly city, Ive done it with my freinds a couple times only with three people though just cause didnt have enough TVs but it was still fun.

Why mini PS2's? i have a old PS2 with network apdapter, it would work. But we would have to do this during the summer cause i'm in school AND i live in Marin wich is quit a drive to Millbrae if we do it at icandriftbetter's place.

You don't need a mini ps2 I've used the old ps2 with network adapter, And it can only be 6 people cause thats the limit the game lest you pick in the options screen.

Cool thread...been looking for someone to host a Bay Area LAN for some time! 
.....If this happens, I'd be down for driving as far as Marin if needed, since living in Mountain View wouldn't be that long of a drive for me.

well we could pull it off ina weekend. im just worried about having trouble connecting all the ps2's and the internet reliability and all that

Thats great if we could do it on a weekend and you dont need the internet all you need is a hub for 6 connections and the wires , and I know how to set up the I.P addresses cause when me and my friends did it the second time we forgot how to set it up
so we wrote down instructions for next time.

Cant do it Spring Brake or over weekend, i might not even be able to do it at all, i have to take classes at a college over the summer wich really sucks.
