I try my new cars at The Ring. I tried this tune, and it is not bad. I am trying to figure out the transmission now. I need higer top speed and longer gear. it should turn in a bit sharper to. I am not a tuner whatsoever, so I don´t know how to fix suspension

agreed, I set the suspension to a rough estimate, but probably will not continue with it. As for top speed, it tops at about 160 mph, but has amazing acceleration between 100 and 160, and will beat most cars off the line, but be free to change the transmission to your preference

My top speed now is 290 kph on nurburgring straight. I think that is good enough. I like the car, and the tune. I haven´t tried to race against any cars yet, but i get decent lap times on the ring

LANCER EVO III REVIEW
Conditions: DS2 controller, steering sensitivity 0, v2.00, offline, grip reduction real, tyre/fuel off, Deep Forest

Parts Only (default settings)
A very stable car (although anything would seem stable after the overpowered Yellowbird I'd just jumped out of!), but there was a bit too much understeer for my liking. After turn-in, there is a period where the front end loses grip for a while (perhaps due to weight transfer) before it bites again.

Gearing is wayyyy too short.

Floaty Mexican Tune
Immediately, the improved turn-in is a welcome improvement. The period after turn-in of waiting for the front to bite is still present, unfortunately the improved turn-in makes this even more noticeable. My preference would be for less understeer mid- and late-corner, however this feeling may be actually caused by the "waiting period" thing.

I notice that the LSD isn't helping to rotate the car as it exits, maybe there is room to improve here. But, in the end, the proof is in the pudding, overall the tune felt better...and...

Lap time 1:17.7

London- default settings
Even though the tune wasn't designed for London, I thought it would be useful to bang the GSR around some kerbs and see what happened. It handled the bumps pretty nicely with the default settings. And the lower grip at London freed up the rear a bit to dance around. And the power could be used here to throttle steer out of tight corners. The "waiting period" was not as noticeable as Deep Forest, but it still caused some understeer in the tight first corner. Even though the gearing was enough for London's short straights, 2nd gear was still too short, with a shift to 3rd often being needed while still exiting the corner.

London- Floaty Mexican Tune
The reduced grip of London allowed the rear LSD settings to shine, with some very nice adjustability exiting tight corners. Personally, I felt the ratio of grunt to grip was much better at London and it confirmed my suspicion that the car would be more fun (even though slower) at Deep Forest with worse tyres. Also, the lack of LSD rotation effect I mentioned at Deep Forest is probably because the tyres have too much grip there. I am used to driving Sports Soft tyres which must be closer to the sweet spot where there is enough wheel slip for the LSD can do its torque vectoring magic. As for the extra spring stiffness, mostly it was ok, but it did mean the line had to be compromised though the switchback (2nd and 3rd corners) to not hit so much kerb.

What about the improved turn-in compared to stock? Well, I have mixed feelings about this. On one hand, it sometimes felt that the car was "biting off more than it could chew" with such great turn-in followed by the mid corner loss of front grip. An average driver might be faster with the default settings since the smoothness is more forgiving to slightly missing braking/turning points. On the other hand, a precise driver could take advantage of the extra turn-in which can allow the car to be better set up for the corner.

Gearing was perfect! My driving isn't consistent enough at London to provide meaningful lap times, but I expect a precise driver could be 0.3s quicker with your tune.

Sorry if it sounds like I'm nitpicking your tune at a track it wasn't designed for. I thought the observations might be useful in seeing how the tune works- at Deep Forest, where it was designed, it the tune works nicely.
