What time works best for Races on Saturdays

Yea ayrton and bombe would be a good team.

paginas and senna would be a good team also

Also Tony and razor are very quick .

This Fuji track is driving me nuts... Going to practice now, hope to find a setup that'll allow me to control the car, just sad to ruin my La Sarthe setup ... which also lacks some speed as demonstrated in the last race :indiff: Well, I'll do my best :)

yo bombe im goona do some practice laps in bermuda room, join if ur up for it :)
 
my fastest time 121.7

But im shreading my tires on turn 4 & 5. They scream the whole way through if i am going even moderatly fast. lasting only about 7-8 laps. and the back end of my car is super unstable, im afraid to touch the brakes in the off camber turns i.e. turn 6 , 13 , 14, 15 & 16 because when i brake the car oversteers and i spin.


I've seen others do a 119.xxx

So im doomed
 
Got a pretty stable setup yesterday, problem is that I lose ~0.4 secs in average per lap. On the bright side: I can drive without going off the track so often :D

Think it's gonna be a good race though, maybe we aren't able to compete with the fastest guys, but we should be able to compete with each other, have some good battles there :)
 
Sigh, I should have thought about that beforehand, haha.

I made a perfect tune offline, then I went online and it was doing donuts in 4th gear.
 
I need some help with my car
im at work all night tonight & I'm going flying in the morning so i wont be online any earlier than 45 mins before the Race start time @ 1 pm est ( 1800 GMT). So i dont have any time to tune my car between now and pretty much the 30 mins before the race tomorrow.

Can u guys post me an avg how long your tires are lasting and help make my tires last somewhat longer. You dont have to share your whole set-up cuz i know thats your advantage to win but i'm not going to be competative at all if im always in the pit getting fresh tires. 6-8 laps is about how long mine last. 6-8 LAPS!

the race tomorrow is going to be around 41 laps and if i have to stop 7 times i might as well drive the PRIUS cuz it will be faster.

On another note what do you guys think about the new performance points system, My hp limit had all the cars pretty even and all my LMP car are all within 15 pts of each other with the highest one being @ 808 points.
 
damn one of my fav tracks (compared to stupid La Sarthe LOL) and im missing it lol

Performance points... hmm.. if an Alfa Romeo TZ2 is as fast as a Lexus LFA and a Kart as fast as a Viper SRT10... then something is not working :) They give (in general) a good indication of a car's speed, but not which ones are faster.

C60 Courage: 747 (lowest). Bentley: 751. ZR-1 RM: 752........
Peugeot 905: 808 (highest). Audi R8 '01: 797

So... they doesn't really tell which ones are the fastest. I think we can all agree that the 905 is not the best LMP :sly: The PP system is definately going to be refined for the next update by PD.. or we could hope for it.

Sucks about the connection issues.

Beyond 1st and 2nd place it was a very competitive race, and even after 35 laps and two pit stops, there was a 3-way battle going on for the last podium spot for the last 10 laps of the race. 👍
