If I recall correctly, someone recently asked the question about why Bob's speed, mental strength, cornering etc were full on one screen, but not on others. (Any b-spec users will know what I mean) and the answer was that you can fill Bob's bars on one screen, but that the other one will always reflect the initial difference he had when you started him...i.e. if his speed was stronger than his cornering on this screen it will always be so.

If this is the case, would it not be advantageous to select a bob that has as equal a level of the characteristics as possible? After all the training one bar being stronger than the others would not impede further progress....if they were all equal or close to it he could be "better"

It would be better to have a Basic driver were Cornering, braking, accuracy Physical strength and mental strength were all the same middle ground but that makes Bob boring.
But thats got to be why they are not all level and why you have to choose which primary stat you want higher buy recycling bobs stats and then manage bob correctly the first time you play the game. (the renting of Over powered cars just throws driver management out the window instead now)
Secondary level 0 bob can be what ever you want as you can just chuck him in any event you can with an over powered 4WD to level up with win after win

The Speed bar stat is just a combined bar of the 3 stats = cornering braking and accuracy. its not to the same scale of the strength bars
