Let's make things interesting!

I'll donate to the season's price pool. The Rival who manages to get the most wins running the Lancia Stratos, regardless of Leaderboard Position, I'll gift any streetcar worth less than 1,000,000 credits. And to the side season's overall winner, a tuned Lancia Stratos.

My apologies to the gang is warranted yesterday for my conduct. I was under the impression that Season 5 was wrapping up instead of did. I entered a LOTS room thinking that season 5 was still happening without checking here first.
 
Lol, But a Lancia stratos tuned or not isn't much of a prize lol. I have too many and as much as I love it, it's not a good idea to run it.

Nobody cares how many of then you have and whether you would run them or not... (I certainly don't). Everyone knows damn well it's not an easy car to drive fast.

I'm putting the prizes out there simply as an incentive for competition. If you're not interested, then, by all means, exempt yourself. The Stratos is one of those cars you'd drive simply to show you have the skill to win with such a difficult car, and look effortlessly cool while doing so!

That's why I'm giving any car under a million to the winningest Stratos driver, and a Stratos to the season winner (because chances are, the season's overall winner didn't do it in a Stratos :sly:)

Even if this side season isn't as packed as previous ones, I'm confident that the next core season will be a great one. We're getting plenty of interest from new members as well as veteran GTPlaneteers.

I'm constantly spreading the word and I've also been seeing a significant increase in the number of Touge themed lobbies. Which means that somehow the word is spreading! Touge is being recognized more and more everyday on GT5.
 
It comes with sad news that I will be using a new course with the start of season 6. I feel that a home course should be acknowledged by the person using it. I will also polish my R32 and my Impreza for season 6 in the meanwhile.

I chase and notice my car has better acceleration than SK's car. I pass SK early on and then pull out a 6 second lead at the finish line.
 
Lool I somehow got my PS2 Initial D NTSC-J Backup game working on my NTSC-US/C 60g PS3(PS1/PS2 games aren't region free). Had to take apart the PS3 and Blu-Ray drive and mess around with it. I can't explain it in a good detail but I got it working :P

In a season set to sink extremely quickly, I always knew I would struggle against JC's Countach at his home course. I tried my hardest to keep up but hitting the wall at the final corner made the gap increase to 3.6 seconds.

I don't think it's died, I think it's just the summer months arn't exactly the prime time for it allthough with the amount of rain i've seen in my part of England you wouldn't belive it's summer :lol:.

Though in the anime summer nights are when the mountian roads come alive, in reallity i'd rather be at the pub beer garden, or having a BBQ than sat in my room on the PS3. I think once the summer has passed LotS will pick up again with its usual popularity 👍
 
LotS NEVER dies!!! as long as touge lives!!!

Think about it. There isn't any other touge league in all of GTP. If we as ambassadors really care about our beloved niche, then spreading the word shouldn't be a chore.

LotS dying is a bunch of bs. If you've been here since the beginning, you'll understand that the number of participants during the side seasons is nowhere near that of the core seasons. Participation of side seasons helps the series though so shape up and grab an Italian car.
