Also same. Specially now that I found out the gt40, markIV, 330p4 and 917k are viable there and a very easy win. That also sparkled my interest for the cobra daytona, to see if it can also be a viable optionI want the alpine for sure so that I can try to beat Tokyo again.
Both are considered race cars so they see very limited use. Porsche feels like a better ride but at it's pp, there is just nowhere to race it. Jaguar can be entered into 700pp races if all upgrades are done. I haven't raced it there yet, so I don't know how well it will do, but I imagine you can run it. For that fact alone, I think the Jag is a better option of the two but I don't really consider either of them to actually be useful. They are both strictly for collectors at this point in time.I need your opinion guys. Should I get the Porsche Spyder 550/1500RS or the Jaguar D-Type? Which one "fits" more races and ultimately get more use?
A PS4 can handle 20 cars detailed down to the screws holding corner lights in, all driving along a fully modeled track together with millions of bytes of data happening per second, then allow a replay where you can pause and free roam the environment and take high res pictures...
Or online racing that doesn't focus on Gr.3 carsThey are both strictly for collectors at this point in time.
Gonna have to get it when I get home.ALPINE A220
I still have to beat Tokyo with it, I didn't have time this morning.. I will try again tomorrow morning.Well the Alpine finally came. Took it long enough. Tuned it and went for a run on tokyo. The car has straight speed , its stable (a bit understeery but that might be because of the tunes I used), but gotta say, I was expecting a bit more from it.

Painful isn't it - Hagerty dynamic pricing has slapped a 1/2 million increase on it!Maybe PD are showing some compassion and throwing the real prices out the window.
Trying to make the same decision myself. Is the McLaren 95 worth it performance wise? Has it been in stock earlier, or is it first time? If it has been in before, what's view on it driving feeling and performance wise?
Searched around a bit. Found a thread on the spefic car, from previous time when it was it. Gave the same massage as yours.Trying to make the same decision myself.
Yes, it has been in stock before and was 10.5M, if I remember.
Not used it myself, but members were saying it is very fast but tail-happy in the corners. They said without BOP its one of the top, maybe even best, Gr.3 cars, but for online it is weak.
You can try it in Daily Race A (if you don't want to play online, just complete the qualifying lap time trial) - Daily Race A does not affect your Driver or Sportsmanship Rating.Searched around a bit. I believe I will give it a miss for now. Maybe later for collection purpose if one have a lot of extra credits.
If, for performance, you mean human comedy maggiore 1h...not really. Is the McLaren 95 worth it performance wise? Has it been in stock earlier, or is it first time? If it has been in before, what's view on it driving feeling and performance wise?
It needs hard tyres for sure. As soon as there’s any ‘red’ wear it goes all squirmy. Was spinning it on the kink leading to main straight at Sardegna. Weird. They might’ve updated it since, but it was, maybe still is, terrible. That 95 Mclaren is trying to kill me, I swear.
On Performance. Though so. I am pretty early on my car journey. So I will prioritize other cars.It needs hard tyres for sure. As soon as there’s any ‘red’ wear it goes all squirmy. For tyres, that is. Terrible handling if there’s any red showing. It’s fast though. But over all, not at all worth the money for racing. It’s a great-looking museum piece though.
Legendary Three?Bought Mark IV and was thinking that on its place will come another one from "Legendary Three" but F1 GTR came.
Ford Mk IV, 330P4 andXJ13. To trigger the trophy.Legendary Three?
OK, so, when I saw MR and read it was twitchy... I immediately feared characteristics like those of the R8 LMS Evo and generally early GT7 MR unpredictability.
