Fortunately I received 1 million credits from a daily ticket shortly after PD gifted everyone the same amount. So I’m almost there even after buying the relatively affordable Testarossa from the UCD.
Lucky, PD still haven't sent me my extra $1 million credits yet.

Going by the cars that have appeared in the Legendary Cars shop before the price should remain stable for now. It might go when up the car appears in the shop the next time (in ~2 months?).

It will be interesting to see what happens if, either by chance or design, a rare car ends up in the legendary dealership the same day it’s to be sold in a real life auction. Would the game automatically/dynamically increase or decrease the price depending on the outcome of the auction? Could it start the day at one price in the dealership and end with another? If so, is this something the playerbase would be in favour of?

What do you mean? I've already seen one or more cars having their price going up (and they all appeared only once for now)

Bought them both today. Testarossa '91 from the UCD and the GTO '84 from the Legendary Collection. Very well priced btw. Time to grind for more cash again.

Which cars would that be? Everything I’ve seen in the LCD had a fixed price from start until disappearance, even if it had this blue flashing up or down arrow.

If you are talking about the UCD, I think some cars like the Mini Cooper ‘65 might have appeared a second time now. I haven’t checked the pricing of those reappearing cars but I would assume the prices will be slightly different depending on the mileage and possibly also colour variant popularity of these cars. That might be the case for the LCD as well by the way. That Ferrari GTO in Rosso Corsa is no doubt the most popular colour. If it reappears months later in a lesser popular colour and with different mileage, it might cost less than the current 2.5 mill Cr.

F50 and/or GT1 Strassenversion. I remember gasping when I saw the price changing.

EDIT: I went back on this thread and found my messages about the strassenversion price going up from 2 millions+ to 3 millions.
(In the end I grinded like crazy and got it along with the Carrera GT)

Ok somehow I missed that then. Thanks for the heads-up, I’m 1 mill short for the GTO, I’ll grab it tonight then.

I'm baffled because the Countach and Testarossa aren't considered Legendary Cars.
As an 80s kid, I couldn't agree more. But, not complaining as if they were their prices would go up like 5x.

I am still waiting for the Countach to drop again at the UCD. It was there when the game first dropped for like 750k but I couldn't afford it. Now I can and it's gone. :(

What is strange is that the TR UCD price 350k is more than most of the new Ferraris but in real life ise the cost of a used TR is about £100k gbp and a new ferrari is about 250k...

Same here, I told myself I could get it later on. Boy was I wrong...

I have a feeling the LP400 will be.

I mean, there has to be a definite list of all the cars and when they're going to drop somewhere, right? Not like it's DLC every time something becomes available... so it has to be in the game somewhere.

I am surprised it hasn't come up yet and been released.

Good to see that the ‘84 Ferrari GTO doesn’t cost a fortune. For now at least, because there’s a flashing arrow pointing to the sky, meaning the price will probably increase next time around.
Drives pretty good too. Though not as well as the Testarossa, which is in the UCD right now. That car handles like a dream! Bought three; one to mod the hell out of, one to lighten as much as possible, and one to keep stock as it doesn't keep that corner-balance once you start adding power.

so it has to be in the game somewhere.
Have you ever data-mined? Been curious what's actually in the current release of the game myself (really, really curious to see if the rest of the offline content is already in the files and just not activated) but I've no idea how to go about mining said data. I don't know it it's possible to pull the game off of a console in a file format that could be opened on a PC in order to start digging through folders or not. Game series must not have much mainstream appeal anymore as it seems like every other game gets data-mined like crazy, even other online games like GTA Online.

I have not as I don't have the know-how. But some people do... so I am leaning on them!

I can’t say I agree about the Testarossa driving better than the GTO. The Testarossa has that typical grand tourer clumsiness about it although it isn’t bad. The GTO is more agile and responsive, as you’d expect from a homologation special.

There’s a link to the car list in the first post of this thread. The list is not definitive, though.

Lamborghini Miura P400 Bertone Prototype '67 2.5M Cr.
Porsche 356 A/1500 GS GT Carrera Speedster '56 1.5M Cr.
A little disappointing. I thought surely out of the two cars, at least one of them would be a nice race car. I guess not...

Interestingly, this is the second appearance of the Porsche 356 A/1500 GS GT Carrera Speedster '56.

The first appearance was Mar 3rd @ 615k Cr., current price 1.5m Cr. So quite a significant increase.

Edit: After checking master car list, I stand corrected, the previous Porsche 356 A/1500 GS Carrera Speedster '56. was the non - GT version. That explains the price difference I guess.
