Not sure why I just noticed now but when selling an auction, the last bid does not equal the amount that you receive after resolving the auction.
So my question would be, when you see a car with a 500,000 bid, after you bid it increases to 555,500. Is the 555,500 your bid, or is 555,500 the bid amount of the next person? I'm assuming the latter, now at least, but the whole time thought it was the former.
However, when you sell a car and go to resolve it, the selling price or bid shown is actually ~11% more than what you'll actually receive.
I'm going to assume everyone knew this and I've just been a bit slow for a couple of months.
