Looking good 👍 are you using any gels or just diffusing the light? The light has a fairly warm tone to it, you are matching it well with the ambient.

Composition, lighting, everything is just spot on.

I’m surprised you don’t get more comments. The wedding set is really nice. It tells the story of their special day well.

Your subject seems a little photo shy?

It is a very nice shot, technically fantastic. Great work underexposing the ambient light and compensating with flash 👍

I can't believe I've never posted in here! I love every single one of your photos! Out of the last set I would say the final image is the best, it looks more relaxed and the B+W keeps it simple.

Wow, how did I miss this thread before? You have some amazing work in here, and I'll now be keeping an eye on your Flickr for sure.

I'd have to agree with SweetshopUnion, the last shot is the best. Very relaxed look. But as always, very nice shots. 👍

Skin tones rock on Canons. I use them at work in a studio setting, but the difference is hard to tell in a studio environment. Atleast to my eye. I would love the skin tones from Canon but heavy tones and blacks from Nikon, all in one camera. LOL.

I must confess its one of the things I love about my old Fuji S2, it may be knocking on a bit by modern standards (only 6mp), but the skin tones and tonal range on it are excellent.

Used to love my old Canon 35mm kit, with the 85mm f1.8 still one of my favorite lenses of all time.

Once again great work on the pictures above, lovely subtle tonal range on them.

Cool sky 👍

The shot has such a dark feel to it, maybe the model should have either crossed their arms or frowned a bit more to fit the great atmosphere you created in the shot.

Nice shots Don 👍. The only thing I could nitpick at if I really had to, was that the people on the left could have used just a tad more backlight to separate the hair a little better from the background.

Yes you are right, i should have pulled the flash a little further away. Thanks for looking!

Nice shots from the band. I like the second one best. If all of the band members had the backlighting like the middle person they would be awesome. 👍
