Sorry, my bad.
To be honest, I thought you were posting because I centered the actual image in the post, not the desktop. That's why I edited my post and deleted the center tags.Sorry, my bad.
My monitor's resolution is 1680x1050. The picture is 1754x1418. It's reduced in size, and does not stretch.
Trying to center like Chris said only cuts off the car.
I didn't say it was a widescreen wallpaper. However, if you read my post, I can't center it because part of the car is becomes unseen, due to the fact the car is not completely centered in the shot, and that the original photo is 100+ wider & 400+ taller than my monitor!Dude, that is not a widescreen wallpaper!!!! The wallpaper ratio would still end up 4:3 instead of 16:9. It looks weird on your screen cause its not the right ratio. Either you right click on your desktop, go to properties/desktop and position your wallpaper to "center" (Well, that is for xp, not so sure how you do it in vista. Probably the same I guess....) or you could just crop the top and bottom part of your photo until you got that 16:9 wallpaper ratio for your desktop. 👍
No, it's not deformed. It is slightly stretched, but not to any point where it looks bad. I'm not discussing this anymore. Get off it.The car definitely IS stretched, and it is deformed. To make the car have the right proportions you simply crop the bits that can't be seen in wide-screen.
F1GTR - He's not buying it, dude...
I'm simply giving some friendly advice and I even offered to help. Whatever, next time you post a wallpaper I'll just leave you blissfully ignorant.
EDIT:
Is that an AK-74?...
That's not street-legal, you know?
