Can you get those skins right off the Rainmeter website? I saw the download link, but it doesn't say anything about the GUI or show pics. . .

Deviantart or Customize.org are the places to go, Deviantart is generally the best though.

On another note I really hope Deviantart update their customization section to accomodate Windows 7, it's really difficult to track down visual styles for it as nobody knows where they should catergorize them.

You're serious? If that's true, that's really depressing.

Why is that depressing? Deviantart is a really good site for customization, it caters for the majority of software plus others you've never even heard of but are actually quite good. Customize.org is generally better for skins incorporating latest features of Rainmeter builds, Deviantart is usually slower on the uptake.

Do you have something about Deviantart that really bugs you?

What happens if you write down "Windows 7" in the search field under customization? I'm pretty there should be quite an amount of results turning up.

It can work sometimes but it generally turns up Windows 7 look-a-likes for Vista/XP. I also see lots of desktop screenshots but it doesn't turn up many styles. Given time it will be sorted out, 7 hasn't been out long yet anyway.

I think I am getting 7 ultimate tomorrow. I will see if rocket dock or whatever it is runs on it ok.

Damn, thats so clean even for original windows. Without all those icons it would look beastly.

I love your latest desktops Bram. I wish I could use Rainmeter generated icons, sadly something is lacking in the AntiAliasing between Rainmeter and Windows 7 which ends up producing horrendously jaggy icons.

I've actually had loads of different setups between this and the previous but all have been lacking in one place or another, this however is complete I think.

Well I have windows seven and I have decided it is clean enough as it is and I dont really want to have rocket dock running in the background if I dont need it to.
I am a bit annoyed that I cant force windows aero to run on my laptop but whatever, here it is.

Liking those wallpapers Bram and Sweet. IFL love it seems :P

I apparently had an Emo/Creative/Oh look grunge/wat kinda day...

Sorry I don't have a bigger picture available.

1920x1080.

Threw the Background together after learning how to do the dot gradient effect, and finally got RainMeter installed.

Chris.

If you have chance to get Rainmeter up and running could you tell me how Enigma -> Taskbar -> Clock Icon looks on your install. Windows 7 is making mine really really jaggy.

If I do, I'll let you know. At the moment, I'm not feeling the need to install Rainmeter, as 7 has most of what I wanted.

I havnt posted one in a while and i figured i should toss in a mac in this sea of Windows XP, Vista, and 7.

Agreed. I've only just installed it a day ago myself, although I've gone back to 1.0 after trying out 1.1 for a while.

Gaia09 for Windows 7 is a brilliant visual style, best I've used so far.
