Press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard. Open an image editor (e.g. MS Paint, Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro), and go to Edit > Paste (Or press CTRL+V). Save the image as whatever you'd like (JPG or PNG for the web). Upload the image to imageshack. Voila!

If you only want to capture the active window (e.g. if you're chatting to someone on an instant messenger and just want to capture that window, not the entire screen), press alt+Print Screen

I went back to Win2k after using XP SP2 for about a year and hating it. This was even after I trimmed all the crap from the XP install.

And the only reason I used XP was because my raid drivers didn't work with 2K. Now they do work with 2K i'm more than happy with it.

You're probably better off with XP anyway. I still run XP on my crappy old laptop though and it works great. Although I can't stand allot of the 'helper' stuff in XP, which I strip from the install anyway.
