I don't understand, you just hit print screen, and then paste it into paint? Or do you mean when you have set an image as background from IE or similar, and you want to make it an image? No idea, sorry!

I am assuming you mean the folder named "Une nuit XXX a paris avec p..."? That is the BitTorrent folder for the file (the one that BitTorrent created)
