The ones I can remember (I don't have access to it right now):
Honda Odyssey - fully tuned, just for fun.
Cadillac Cien - fully tuned, a monster!
Mine's Skyline - fully tuned, beats the McLaren race car!
Mazda RX-8 Concept Type I - fully tuned, almost as fast as the Mine's.
Mercedes CLK Touring Car - with Stage 4 Turbo, used to win DTM championship over and over again.
Toyota RSC - blue and bone stock. Quite fun.
HPA R32 - Nice little pocket-rocket with no NOS and a very nice muffler sound.

I've got some others, but these are my favorites. I'm not the type who keeps all his cars, so I don't even have a full page.

Castrol NSX--it took quite awhile to get the set-up right, but now it's balanced and I love it. Stock HP or Stage 1 NA mod on hard or super-hard tires, depending on where I am and who I'm up against, it's a satisfying drive.

Funny thing is, I never liked NSX's for the longest time . . .
