That's from the level 17 ticket, not the 21.

I guess I could probably let you guys know, if you held on to this ticket you can duplicate it and also save before you open it to basically pick and choose which cars you want

Already got all the ones in red. None of what is left makes me go "ooh, I hope I get that one" 👎
The Scuderia isn't a level 21 car though, its the 330 P4 '67 (I've already got one of those aswell)

Got an idea to exploit this gift ticket.
Use an alteranative psn ID, transfering cars from your main account to complete the events. Get the game to the point where you need 1 more win to get the L21 ticket, save the game, back it up.
Complete the final event, obtain gift ticket, transfer to main account, delete game save, restore backed up save, rinse and repeat daily.
Not sure it is worth it for NASCARS though.

No need to delete the game save, just simply overwrite it.

Got a Ferrari 330 P4 '67 with one of my Level 21 Tickets... 
I got an XJ220 LM Race Care with the other, but that's already on the list.
I also got one of the NASCARs on my first attempt the Insignia one I think, can't remember the number, but I didn't want to keep it so I reloaded my previously saved game save data via USB and tried again.

what i would do
-receive gift ticket
-copy the game data to usb
-send gift ticket to alternate account
-copy data from usb back onto the ps3
-go to the alternate account and repeat the same process until all your alternate accounts have a gift ticket. then the next day just log into your alternate accounts and send it to the main account. you can get a ton of tickets each day depending on how many accounts you have

How can a level 13 car be received on a 21 ticket?
The only Ferrari available on this ticket is the 330 P4 '67.
Also, I believe any one of 11 NASCARS can be received on the ticket, not just the ones mentioned in OP.
