Ram-RodYes, but wouldnt that take up alot of disc space. Thats alot of plates.
Jedi2016If it was just text, no. Figure each of a thousand cars has a unique license plate with six letters/numbers. Each letter is only one byte, so that's a whopping 6K. For all one thousand cars. Even if you included variables like color or style, you'd still be looking at only 10K or so. Which is only a small fraction of the save game data anyway. I mean, it takes more space than that to store car information, like what upgrades you have, color, mileage, etc.
EmohawkSays one minute here.
skyline_racer1An also the fact that a single layer BD has 25GB, dual layer has 50GB, and if they do pull through with the 4 layer BD, that's a whopping 100GB, so space shouldn't be a big deal. Unless they add all the cars in the world ever created![]()
Oh, okayJedi2016I was referring to the save-games, so the disc format doesn't really matter.![]()
Ram-RodA small addition to GT. Mabey if the license plates in the game said your name, like this,![]()
it would kind of spruce up the car a bit. This is a small thing. Please dont argue.
