Limited Edition DLC?

Does anyone know if the Limited Edition and Modified car packs be purchased as DLC?

Long story short, my Limited Edition pre-order still hasn't arrived after nearly 2 weeks and I am thinking of cancelling the order, grabbing a copy in store and downloading the missing cars.

They sure can. The Limited Edition pack is $2.99 and the Modified pack is $1.99 IIRC. I could have those flipped, but it's definitely $5 total for both. The Lykan Hypersport is also available for free as well as a free community livery pack.

They can be for sure in the NA PlayStation store, not sure about your region.

I hope to god one day they release that DLC for the PC Version as a Standalone , i'm gutted that I somehow didn't realise there was even a L.E Edition

They're not on the UK store at present. I'm sure they'll surface at some point in the near future.

As would I. I got to use the crazy Mercedes Sauber C9 once in a lobby and the amazingly fun Mercedes C-Coupe DTM a few times now. The BMW M1 Procar is something I desperately want to try along with the Ford Mk IV.
