I only bumped purely so I could post the Vegeta picture. When I reach 10,000 I expect an actual ticker tape parade through my hometown where everybody is papier mache heads of me.

@Tornado Just for you, I went into the archives asked MazdaPrice to go through his 'Avatars' picture album; he's still on the old forum.

I vaguely remember a MazdaPrice. But @Liquid, why have you hijacked his thread? I didn't know you joined only 9 months before me, I thought you'd been on here for a lot longer. Congrats on whatever we're celebrating

You know, I just realised that today isn't actually January 18th 2012...

False and misleading thread title. Reported.

Oh, I passed 10,000 posts sometime yesterday. That's an actual milestone, I guess.

Liquid is a fantastic state of matter. It makes a great heat conductor, and incompressible flow is a cornerstone of development. Hydraulics make many things possible. Man has used liquids for easy travel and transportation.

Without the water cycle, would we even have plants? Would man exist? Certainly things would look a lot different.

So hooray for liquid! I for one appreciate this ultra-important state of matter. It's right up there with solid, gas, and plasma in my book.
