Logitech G Pro Racing Wheel

Hi, I have a problem with my Logitech G Pro version Ps5 and GT7 steering wheel. When I start playing the steering wheel is very hard, I practically can't turn it. However, as soon as I reduce the "Strength" value of the steering wheel from 7.5 nm to 7.4 nm during the game, it returns to normal softer.
I have "Strengh" set to 7.5 nm on the wheel and "max torque" in game set to 7 mm.
This doesn't happen to me with other games.

Thanks!!

I know it’s been known to affect GT, but I’m not sure about other PS5 games… but if you power on your wheel before powering on the PS5, there is a chance that the game reads the wheel in G29-compatibility mode for whatever reason. This could cause the issues you’re seeing. You can test this by powering on the PS5 before powering on the wheel.

Set the wheelbase torque to max and leave it. Adjust in game to a level that you like. Do not change the wheelbase setting. The reason is that GT7 reads wheel torque 10 at start up, even if you have it set to 7.5. So when you start up it will feel very heavy..7 in game and 11nm on the wheel base. Once you lower the wheelbase from 7.5 to 7.4, you are basically making a much larger change than you realize.

As an example, I will leave the wheel torque on max and adjust in game torque depending on the car, torque 3 for racecars, up to 5 or 6 for roadcars.

Using vanilla AC or Content Manager? And have you changed the setting for the relevant paddle in the OLED settings? You need to change it from its default setting of Clutch, so that it reads as Handbrake.
Vanilla AC, not got around to installing CM. I'll log into G Hub tonight and see if I can change the clutch setting in there before assigning HB in AC. Will report back. Thanks

After almost a month of use, I can easily tell that the RS Hub+RS Wheel is one hell of a rim ! Shift paddles are more responsive (especially when downshifting) than those of the stock wheel. Due to the diameter and design of the wheel, driving sensations and accuracy are noticeably better... driving a GR 1 or GR 2 car in GT/ is now more enjoyable than ever (did not try SF cars yet to know if PD fixed the FFB issue in the last update).

As mentionned in one of my previous messeges my two big regrets are the terrible placement of the two "magnetino" and the fact that buttons could have been more racy.
