Logitech G Pro Racing Wheel

Hi @Oshawa-Joe !

Do you always keep the same settings for strength?

For my part, I have increased these parameters.
I still use anywhere from torque 3 for GR2 to 7 for a road car on comfort tires. Really depends on the car/tire grip, aero, weight, weight balance etc.

Im not really trying to simulate real life steering feel, but rather maintain a familiar and consistent level of ffb. Each car still feels very different but keeping the ffb levels more or less consistent helps me be more consistent, if that makes sense

Good morning everyone. I have had this steering wheel for 4 months and lately I have this same problem as in this video.
What should I do? It happens even without the steering wheel mounted.

What's going on with the Momo wheels?, still no sign of them being on sale in the UK @LOGI_Rich
They’re inbound from Italy and should be dispatched this week via the main UK Distributor in the UK links below who is dispatching mine Tomorrow/Wednesday hopefully. I gave up with expecting to see them on the Logi UK Store. I thankfully got My RS Hub delivered very quickly I have to say from Logi UK Store so I was pleased with that. Ordered some stickers via Etsy/eBay Store for PS Look & Feel.

MOMO SIM GT-Racer 290 x Logitech G Steering Wheel

MOMO SIM GT 320 x Logitech G Steering Wheel

Alternatively you can Order via Amazon but they are quoting longer lead times via another distributor who will undoubtedly get them from MOMO UK as above!- Amazon UK

Hope this helps :gtpflag:

Any of you guys know if the Simagic DS-8X shifter will work with the G PRO wheel via Drivehub on PS5?

@Podger It’s hard to find the actual answer, many thanks in advance!

It does indeed.
Rich,

1. Really appreciate you...since the 1.58 update...we hammered you... my wheel has been great.

2. I'm still struggling to dial in the settings just right. I'm confused about the relationship between turn in resistance and counter steer force.

RAther than just going to the recommended settings....is their a process or order of operations you recommend to do so?

Hey!!
Regarding #2, I think I know what you are talking about. I think using racecars kinda blurs the the feel a bit. I cant say that I necessarily feel a difference with sensitivity settings that would help me feel the car balance better.

However, when running road cars on comfort tires using sensitivity on 1 vs 2 or higher, turn in may feel vague compared to the constant resistance of sensitivity 2 ans higher, but I can feel every little detail once I've turned in...almost like the extra "this feels great" resistance at turn in masks all the subtle details throughout the corner.

Between using the G Pro with sensitivity on 1 and the lessons from Digits Masterclass, I'm destroying my old Circuit Experience and License test times.

Has anyone noticed the wheel base has changed name to "dd11"? Logitech are now also noting the torque of their lower wheels. I wonder if something in the middle is due 🤔

@LOGI_Rich Hi, I played GT7 with my GPro last week and everything was fine. This evening I started my PS5 and there was an update apparently for audio focus, I then turned on my wheel like usual and then powered my Psvr2 which also needed an uptade. Since then, whenever I turn on my wheel in the Dashboard screen it initialize itself like usual , there is FFB because I can feel some resistance (about 2Nm)and the numbers on the display are indicating it. But as soon as I boot up GT7 within the next 10 sec of loading I lose all FFB. When I load up a race everything works, pedals, shifter but the steering is completely dead and doesn't turn the car. I tried everything from disconnecting the VR loading the wheel after, before etc... It's dead 😭

Update :My Drivehub is causing the issue.
